  1. Install meld
  2. Add location of meld.exe to the PATH, e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Meld
  3. In SourceTree, go to Tools/Options/Diff
  4. In External Diff Tool, choose Custom
  5. Enter meld in Diff Command and $LOCAL $REMOTE in Arguments -> Better to define $LOCAL $MERGED $REMOTE
  6. Click Ok and restart SourceTree
